My wife and I hired Zak with Albatross Construction to design and build a deck capable of supporting our hot tub, while also creating a comfortable outdoor living space complete with ceiling fans and gutters that will last for years. Zak took the time to walk us through multiple decking brands and flooring options, explaining the pros and cons of each, which helped us make an informed decision. Ultimately, we chose TimberTech for the decking, and Zak was instrumental in helping us design the roof and select materials. His recommendation of a black tin roof with black gutters turned out beautifully and complements our home perfectly. The fit and finish are exceptional, and the porch is extremely well built. Everything feels solid, thoughtfully constructed, and clearly designed to last. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly set this project apart.
